ROASTING
The roasting is created especialy for espresso coffee.
We age the beans for 2 weeks or 2 month to put Co2 away from the beans. By doing so, the taste of coffee can be clean and sweet.

ESPRESSO
Our espresso machine can control the level of extracting pressure. For example, light raosted beans tend to be used high presuure first to low pressure last in the process. Also, the temperture of water is under 90 degrees to reduce harsh acidity. These are only some part of our quality control.
Coffee beans can be changed by so many conditions in a good way or not. We dedicate carefuly to keep high quality coffee in a day by doing cupping taste, checking the espresso taste regularly in a day.
